# AVDP — October 30, 2026 FOH

REV 03 · Engineering corrections · Existing AVDP ShowNet configuration

Updated from the existing project. Equipment identities, the three-view viewer, touch navigation, SVG downloads and the monochromatic engineering theme are retained.

## Open / host

Extract the ZIP into the directory served as `/oct30/`, then open `index.html`. The viewer also works offline without fetching its SVGs or data. No external library, CDN, build process or server API is required.

### Phone controls

The diagram fills the available screen. **Views** opens the three-diagram menu. **Find** searches all 30 equipment entries and 20 cables by names, cable IDs, IPs, ports and endpoints. Selecting a result closes Find, switches views when necessary, centers/zooms to the item and highlights it.

Tap equipment or a cable to update the compact selection bar. **Details** opens the near-full-screen technical sheet only when requested. Close returns to the exact same active view, selection, zoom and pan. Related cable/device buttons locate that object and return to the diagram. The selection bar reserves its own space and includes a deselect control.

Use the floating + / − / Fit controls or pinch/drag. Help is behind ?. The diagram handles its own gestures; menus and Details scroll independently.

### Desktop controls

The existing view tabs, equipment selector, SVG download and technical inspector remain. Find adds full cable search. The inspector and navigation/header can each be collapsed. Equipment remains charcoal when selected, with a thicker white outline. Selected cables retain their category color with a thicker stroke.

Keyboard: Tab navigates controls and selectable SVG objects; Enter/Space selects a focused SVG object; arrows pan; + / − zoom; 0 fits; Escape closes a sheet. Modal controls keep keyboard focus within the open sheet.

## Files

- `FOH_Signal_Flow.svg` — Mac port schedule, signal chain and specified Ethernet links.
- `FOH_Physical_Layout.svg` — operator-facing placement, desks, rack/case and dual-monitor clamp. Not to scale.
- `ShowNet_IP_Map.svg` — supplied Ethernet topology, all proposed IPs, address categories and DHCP range.
- `index.html` — self-contained interactive viewer with all diagrams and device/cable information embedded.
- `README.md` — engineering notes and connection schedule.
- `equipment.json` — editable equipment/cable data export. Viewer uses an embedded copy and does not fetch this file.
- `QC_Report.md` — validation scope, results and limitations.

All diagram geometry is vector: SVG rectangles, text, paths and circles. There are no embedded raster images. Equipment groups have stable IDs. Text remains editable rather than outlined. Arial/Helvetica/system sans-serif fonts are used; no font downloads are needed. Recheck text layout after font substitution in Illustrator.

The standalone SVG files and inline viewer copies must both be updated if edited by hand. `equipment.json` is a reference export, not a live data source for the viewer.

## Deploy to shows.audiovisualdesignpro.com/oct30/

The ZIP contains the seven deliverable files **at the archive root**. Extract those files into the directory served as `shows.audiovisualdesignpro.com/oct30/`, so `index.html` sits directly inside `/oct30/`. All download/document links are relative. Existing Namecheap static/shared hosting needs no build step, Node, Python, server API, external library or CDN. No hosting account changes or deployment have been performed by this package.

## Retained engineering corrections

- Focusrite Solo is above Mac Studio on the left; Stream Deck XL is above APC40 Mini Mk2; MIDI Fighter Twister is below Stream Deck XL. Desk zones, both monitors, clamp, LightShark LS1, rolling rack, LED processor and Camera Operator Desk remain.
- All 20 cables use one canonical descriptive identification in the SVGs, JSON and both inspectors.
- PoE switch **PORT 8 — ROUTER UPLINK** is N03. Ports 1–7 remain device connections with no invented device-to-port assignments.
- Inspector connection buttons route network cables to ShowNet and signal cables to Signal Flow, highlight the cable, and reveal its source, destination, connectors and physical Mac port where applicable.
- Equipment lookup covers all 30 devices across views and includes existing IPs; Find also includes all 20 cables. Shared equipment/cable selections remain highlighted when switching to another view that contains them.
- Existing AVDP addresses below replace the previous generated address plan. Equipment with no supplied address remains present with an unassigned IP.

## Source and scope

Starting point: the current AVDP_Oct30_FOH project, including its existing SVG geometry, JSON equipment/cables and viewer code. The REV 03 engineering correction schedule supplies the current connectors, physical desk relationships, switch uplink port and IP addresses. The original equipment connection topology is preserved.

Equipment can appear on multiple sheets as the same device; no equipment identity is duplicated within a sheet. Cable IDs identify physical links and remain the same across views. Furniture and the dual-monitor clamp are placement/mounting geometry. The physical view is relative and not to scale; individual desk dimensions, exact clearances and rack unit order are not supplied. Monitor A-left/B-right retains the earlier illustrative arrangement.

## Engineering color standard

| Use | HEX | RGB |
|---|---|---|
| Canvas | #090B0F | 9, 11, 15 |
| Equipment fill | #24272D | 36, 39, 45 |
| Equipment outlines | #9298A1 | 146, 152, 161 |
| Primary text | #F3F4F6 | 243, 244, 246 |
| Secondary text | #A7ADB7 | 167, 173, 183 |
| HDMI | #FF55B4 | 255, 85, 180 |
| USB-C | #FF9838 | 255, 152, 56 |
| USB-C/TB connection | #FFE45E | 255, 228, 94 |
| USB-A at Mac | #61E8AE | 97, 232, 174 |
| CAT6 / Network | #37A7FF | 55, 167, 255 |
| Physical zones only | #A77BFF | 167, 123, 255 |

The same `--avdp-*` color variables are defined in the HTML and standalone SVGs. Equipment and ordinary text stay monochromatic. Signal colors identify cables and their technical connection lists. Purple is used only for physical zone outlines/labels. Zone borders are transparent, dashed and 2.5 SVG units wide.

USB-C and USB-C/TB remain separate display categories. Cable construction is independent: DJ TechTools Chroma cables S03, S08 and S09 remain dashed. S02/S03 are green; S04/S05/S08/S09 orange; S06/S07 yellow; HDMI pink; CAT6 blue. No actual connector or cable specification was changed to match a color.

**S11 is direct HDBaseT over CAT6, separate from Ethernet.** S06/S07 retain their supplied USB-C/TB connection designation without inferring a Thunderbolt cable or unspecified monitor-side connector.

## Physical production zones

1. **MAIN FOH DESK:** existing desk gear, both monitors and dual-monitor clamp. Left Video / Center Cameras / Right Lighting are preserved. Solo is above Mac; Stream Deck above APC; Twister below Stream Deck.
2. **COMMAND CENTER:** rolling rack, PoE switch, power distribution and LED processor on the case. The transparent boundary includes the processor above the case.
3. **CAMERA OPERATOR DESK:** portable USB-C monitor and PTZ controller. Existing desk placement is preserved. Operator identity is unassigned; the workstation is not named for a person.
4. **CAMERAS:** Cameras 1–3 use separate purple-bordered register entries because their physical locations/mounts are not supplied. These entries are an inventory of unpositioned devices, not a floorplan or shared enclosure.

No existing equipment coordinates or cable routes were moved for this revision. The physical sheet was extended below its former content to add the camera register. Equipment IDs, links, connector specifications and existing IPs remain unchanged.

Midas M32R, Subs 1–4 and Blizzard AutoBahn 8 retain their equipment entries with **IP address not supplied**. Their superseded generated addresses have been removed. No management IP is invented for the PoE switch. No network uplink is inferred for the audio entries, AutoBahn, iPad or Surface.

## Unresolved engineering information

- S06 / S07: actual display cable specification and monitor-side connector are not supplied; USB-C/TB is the supplied connection designation only.
- Switch ports 1–7: specific device assignments unconfirmed. Switch model, management IP, PoE budget and Ethernet connector form factors were not supplied.
- Router-side physical port assignments and LAN/WAN roles remain unconfirmed. The three documented router links are preserved without adding hardware or assuming an Internet uplink.
- The supplied controller name “APC40 Mini Mk2” is retained. REV 03 confirms its USB-B device connector; no different product model is substituted.
- Camera roles/physical locations, GN10/router/HDBaseT placement, cable lengths, Mac generation and physical port order, display formats, power circuits and downstream audio wiring are not supplied.
- The viewer is tested with desktop and iPhone-size Chromium emulation. Physical iPhone Safari/WebKit testing is not performed; see QC_Report.md.

## Editing and data synchronization

`equipment.json` separates equipment IP metadata from cable endpoint/connector metadata and from per-sheet route geometry under `diagrams`. Unspecified fields use JSON null or explicit “not specified” text. No equipment address is derived from a cable route or desk position.

All SVGs remain editable vector text, rectangles, circles and paths, with stable equipment IDs and cable IDs. `index.html` embeds matching copies of the SVGs and equipment data to preserve offline operation. When editing, update both the standalone SVG/JSON and their embedded viewer copies together. `equipment.json` is an exported canonical data record; the viewer does not fetch it at runtime. Recheck layout if Illustrator substitutes fonts.
